(the “Company”) (Nasdaq:CURI), a leading global factual entertainment media company, today announced that on January 28, 2026, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on March 20, 2026, to shareholders of record as of March 6, 2026.
